Frequently Asked Questions

What is a full float range skin in CS2?
A full float range skin has a minimum float value of 0.00 and a maximum of 1.00, meaning it can drop in any wear condition from Factory New all the way to Battle-Scarred. Most weapon skins are restricted to a narrower range, so full-range skins are a relatively small subset.
Why are full float range skins good for trade-ups?
Trade-up contracts in Counter-Strike 2 determine the output wear by averaging the input floats. Inputs with a full 0-1 float range can reach the lowest floats, which pulls the average down and produces the cleanest possible Factory New outputs. They are also some of the cheapest skins to source in Factory New condition.
Which CS2 rarities have full float range skins?
Full float range skins exist across every rarity, but they are most common in Consumer Grade, Industrial Grade, Mil-Spec, Restricted, and Classified — exactly the tiers you would use as trade-up inputs. Several Covert skins also span the full range.
How are Factory New prices used on this page?
Within each rarity group, skins are sorted by their cheapest Factory New listing on CSFloat in descending order. That highlights the most valuable Factory New options first, which is useful when you want to evaluate trade-up value or compare anchor candidates.
